Welcome to Playmist. By creating an account or streaming any content on our platform, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Playmist account. Minors may use the service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Subscription and Billing

Playmist subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no partial refunds are issued.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not share your account credentials with anyone outside your household.
Do not attempt to circumvent DRM, geographic restrictions, or technical safeguards.
Do not download, copy, redistribute, or publicly perform any content from Playmist.

4. Content Availability

Our catalog changes from time to time as licensing agreements are added or expire. We do not guarantee that a specific title will remain available indefinitely.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time from your settings page.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Playmist is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
